Important information on discounts
When entering the arena, a valid document (identity card and/or disabled pass) must be presented to confirm the discount. The reason for the discount must be valid at the time of the event.

Children up to and including the age of 6
Children up to and including the age of 6 are admitted free of charge without a seat. A free lap ticket is required for admission and can be booked separately in the ticket shop. This applies to both the public and VIP areas.

Children and young people up to and including the age of 16
For categories 3 and 4, a reduction of 20% applies for children up to and including the age of 16.

Wheelchair tickets
A wheelchair ticket (incl. accompanying person) can be purchased from the official start of advance sales via the DAIKIN HBL ticket online store or requested by e-mail at ticketing@daikin-hbl.de.

People with severe disabilities
People with a severely disabled pass receive a 20% discount on available ticket categories. Severely disabled people with the B disability mark can request their ticket and a free ticket for an accompanying person at ticketing@daikin-hbl.de.
